Fall pictures

The leaves this year have been quite beautiful and so has the weather, for the most part. I took it upon myself to take some fall pictures of the girls and so I did. Here they are. Hope you enjoy!

One year Baby!

On August 8th, Jonathan and I celebrated being together a year. Boy, has it been tough. Haha. I love this man deeply. God has truly blessed me with a kind, gentle, loving man who genuine loves me. We've become fatter and uglier in the past year, but we are still the loves of each others lives. Love you sweet baby!

McKinley is in school...

And the countdown begins....

Wow it has been a while since I've posted and I'm not actually sure that anyone even reads this thing. O well.

Well, we are counting down to the big day. We are 106 days (3 months and 13 days) away from mine and Jonathans wedding. Things are finally getting done. LOL! I know I'm a late starter. Frankly, its really not all that fun to me to do my own. If it was someone elses, I could have a blast.

I am getting excited though. Finally things are settling down and getting to an even pace, so now I can focus on the wedding. I'm not sure why I thought it was such a bad idea to just use the courthouse? The courthouse looks pretty appealing to me now, but the dresses are made and I've already spent a good bit of money on stuff. So we shall keep moving on.

Tonight I will attempt to make a small version on my wedding cake, just to see if I can. If I cant then I will let a pro do it, but I'm positive about the outcome. Anyways, that just alittle update for now.

Crazy things.

You know when I was growing up in church, I though that my church was nothing like churches were made out to be. As I grew up and started doing work in the church, I noticed people attacking me or talking about me. Why? I dont know. Over the past, I say, 2 years, I've learned the reasons why people dont want to attend church.

I'm just curious as to why people attack people who are working and striving to be who God wants them to be.

Why, when, you are honest, people say you are lieing? Even if evidence goes your way.

Why after a year ,and you are no longer a part of that church body, they still feel like dragging you down with them and others?

I've learned that the only person you can trust in God.

You try to show some light to people that you feel God has called you to do and it blows up.

Oh well, such is life, I guess. Time to move on.

McKinley is 5....

These are just a few of the birthday party pics. We threw her a luau and she loved every minute of it. It was truly a bittersweet moment. My baby is 5 and starting school in 2 weeks....
